Therefore the foundation of primary services revolve around a general wellness check up. The unique characteristic of laboratory medicine is that there is documented evidence of any abnormality. There is no room for speculation. The initial approach to the patient therapeutic regimen is supported by laboratory findings, or the laboratory finding permit the adequate dose of required medications.

The decision of which tests to order is based on the most recent history and physical. The lab results are discussed in house amongst staff, and the treatment follow.
